PPR PIPES

Polypropylene systems allow mechanical installations to be carried out for the transport of liquids under pressure.
It is commonplace to consider the PPR as a simple vector of sanitary fluids (drinking water, heating, water supply, waste water); in fact, new co-extrusion technologies make it possible to produce pipes that can be used under particularly difficult conditions in terms of:

1) chemical attack from the liquids transported: air-cooling towers and new generation biocidal agents containing a high percentage of chlorine;
2) increasing operating pressures;
3) high volumetric flow rates for the air conditioning of large buildings.

HDPE PIPES

PEHD pipes are thermoplastic pipes. They are made by being melted and reshaped, resulting in a durable, flexible and sturdy material. They are used to transport drinking water, sewage, hazardous waste, chemicals and compressed gases. They are a preferred material in the oil, gas and mining industries, and continue to be recognized in popularity.
There are many advantages to using high density polyethylene pipe. In particular :
– Corrosion resistance, (do not rust)
– The efficiency of the joints: HDPE pipes can be assembled by thermal fusion, there is no possible leak!
– Trenchless installation, they can also be built using trenchless installation. This method allows for much less soil disturbance, which is why it’s a popular choice near rivers, lakes, and busy roads.
– Respect for nature: HDPE pipes have less impact on the environment than other types of pipes. (Recyclable materials)

TUYAUX PVC

PVC pipes are particularly suitable for the construction of public and / or private gravity supply and sanitation networks; in underground installation or inside buildings.
They are mainly used for drinking water, sewage water, waste water and rainwater.
PVC pipes easily resist the natural constituents of the environment and more particularly the releases that can develop in networks due to the phenomena of sulfuric corrosion (H2S).
PVC pipes are made from selected resins and additives, subjected to rigorous controls, at purchase, at reception and throughout the manufacturing cycle.
The resins used for the production of the various ranges of PVC pipes are obtained by the polymerization of vinyl chloride. Adjuvants are added to improve the intrinsic properties of the product. They meet the specifications of the NFT 54-016 standard. The resins come from ISO 9001 certified suppliers.
The selection of our suppliers corresponds to the permanent concern that our Management has to evolve towards a better response to consumer demands in terms of quality.
PVC evacuation and pressure pipes meet the requirements of standard NF EN 1452.
PVC tubes are made from approved resins and subjected to rigorous controls throughout their manufacturing cycle. A Quality and Environmental management system meeting the requirements of the ISO 9001-2015 standard is in place in our factory.
